Literally anyone can do this, unless maybe you have certain physical disabilities. This first part wil take 2–5 years.

Get a job in construction.

Start learning a trade. Become a licensed plumber. Or electrician. Or almost any contractor. Pretty much every contractor I know does $5,000/week. More specialized you are the better. Plumbers make good money, but the guys that just unclog drains make a killing. You get the idea. Get a good online marketing company to build you a website and get you to the top of Google for your area. Mine does it for $100/month, and I average around 20 calls a day. Work for yourself, and do all the work yourself. Don’t try to get huge and take on a bunch of overhead. Most likely You don’t need a shop. Or an office. Or an office manager. Or a bunch of employees. Or a giant jacked up work truck. Get the very minimum it takes to accomplish your trade: minimum licensing, minimum insurance, minimum employees, etc. Work your butt off. Invest as much of that $5,000+/week in diversified investments as you can. Retire in 3–5 years.

This is what I did. I am a 31 year old woman.
